 From the North：
Take National Freeway No.1 (Sun Yat-Sen Freeway) southbound
Get off at Exit 327K (Rende Interchange) and turn right to Dongmen Road(towards Tainan)
Travel down on Dongmen Road about 3.2 km, and make a left turn at Linsen Road
Go along Linsen Road and go through Linsen underpass, and continue onto Jiankang Road.
Go along Jiankang Road about 0.9 km and TNCVS is on your left-hand side.

 From the South：
Take National Freeway No.1 Rende System(330K) and get on No.86 Expressway westbound (towards Tainan)
Travel on No.86 Expressway about 3.7 km and get off from Tainan/Hunei interchange, and turn right to Provincial Highway 1 northbound (towards Taiwan)
Travel on Provincial Highway 1 about 3.9 km and make a left turn at Guomin Road
Go along Guomin Road about 1.7 km and get on Nanmen Road
Turn left at the intersection between Nanmen Road and Jiankang road, and TNCVS is on your left-hand side.
